Since 2016, the department has established partnership relations with the Korean University. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 5, 2017 No. 2955 “On admission to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 2017/2018 academic year”, from the 2017-2018 academic year, the Department of Environmental Hygiene of the Tashkent Medical Academy, together with the University of Korea, has been training specialists in the master’s specialty “Environment and Human Health”. The duration of training in this master’s specialty is 2 years. Students who have completed the educational program “Medical and Preventive Care” can study for a master’s degree in the specialty “Environment and Human Health”.
