In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Calendar Plan of Events Held on Significant Dates Dedicated to Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 31, 2023 No. PP-171 “On Measures for the Effective Organization of the Activities of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change”, March 20, 2025 is scheduled to be celebrated in our republic as “Earth Day”.
🌱 The Department of Environmental Health held an event under the slogan “Save the Earth”.
The Earth is our only home, our existence, our life, our present and our future. Therefore, it is the duty and responsibility of mankind to protect Mother Earth, to preserve it as it is, and not to harm the land and soil. If serious measures are not taken now, the depletion of natural resources and habitats may have dire consequences for mankind in the future.
