CONTINUATION OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

The Tashkent Medical Academy continues to work with foreign partners in order to fulfill the plans set for the department to develop international cooperation. In particular, based on the memorandum signed between TMA and Korea University, the Department of Environmental Health continues strong relations to attract leading foreign specialists to the educational process.
On February 7, 2025, a meeting was held at the Department of Environmental Health with Professor Choi Jae Wook of Korea University in South Korea. Under the leadership of the head of the Department of Environmental Health, Professor F.I. Salomova, a work plan was drawn up to be implemented within the framework of international cooperation for 2025. In accordance with it, plans were defined for holding lectures, seminars, master classes in foreign universities, sending teaching staff abroad for internships, participating in scientific events, organizing and holding international events (conferences, congresses, symposiums), creating scientific and educational products with foreign partners, publishing joint monographs and scientific articles.
Professor Choi Jae Wook inquired about the learning process of 2nd-year students of the master’s degree program in the specialty “Environment and Human Health” and gave appropriate advice.
The head of the department and staff expressed gratitude to Choi Jae Wook for ongoing cooperation.
